Orthodontics fees may vary since they are determined by the extent of each patient's individual treatment plan. We are sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations and as a result, we provide several payment options for your convenience.
Payment Options
Insurance
If your insurance policy offers orthodontic coverage, we will help you determine the benefits that you have available. We are happy to provide you the service of completing and submitting your insurance forms with all the information needed to process your claim. This will help you receive the maximum benefit payment available under your policy. We will also accept assignment on your behalf with certain exceptions.
Cash, Check or Credit Card
We are happy to offer a courtesy discount for all treatment that is paid in full with cash, check, or credit card prior to the onset of treatment. We accept payment by MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
Automatic Preauthorized Bank Draft
With your authorization, your monthly payment will be wired directly from your account electronically on the 25th of each month.
Automatic Preauthorized Credit Card Payment
With your authorization, your credit card is automatically charged on the 10th of each month for the amount of your monthly payment based on your financial agreement.
