LOST SEPARATORS (SPACERS) Come in 15 minutes early to your next appointment, no call needed.
 
EXPANDER Stop turning. Call office during business hours for an appointment.
 
BROKEN BRACKET NOT BOTHERING YOU: Keep scheduled appointment and please call the office during business hours to let us know.
BOTHERING YOU: Use wax to cover irritation or take elastic (grey or colored) off with toothpick and remove bracket. Keep scheduled appointment and call office during business hours let us know.
 
WIRE POKING Use wax or sugarless gum to cover irritation. If something sharp is on or around bracket, use a pencil eraser or fingernail to gently tuck wire or spring under the archwire
 
WIRE OUT COMPLETELY Call office during business hours for appointment.
 
BAND LOOSE Chew on other side until corrected. Call office during business hours for appointment.
 
BAND IRRITATION If inside of band is cutting tongue, use blunt object such as a spoon or pencil eraser to tuck in. No appointment needed unless problem can't be remedied.
 
WIRE OUT OF BAND Use tweezers to put wire back into tube or clip wire next to bracket. No appointment needed unless problem can't be remedied.
 
HEADGEAR Stop wearing. Call office during business hours for an appointment.
 
LIPBUMPER Stop wearing. Call office during business hours for an appointment.

If for any reason you are experiencing PAIN that cannot be remedied by any of the above instructions don't hesitate to contact us at the office (330-856-5711). Instructions will be given on how to get in touch with us directly.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:
Emergency time is held open each day so that we may see you as soon as possible during normal hours. Please understand that although we keep a variety of emergency times available, we may not be able to offer you your "ideal" time for an emergency appointment. Our goal is to accommodate you as soon as possible based on the urgency of the situation.
